While we do used shared equipment, we've worked very hard to make sure for as many customers as possible. Please let us know what you need as we are not allergists or dietitians, so we can't do this without your help.

  • Lactose free/Vegan:

    We churn our own vegan ice kreme, we also have 2 to 4 flavors of Sorbet that is also vegan (remember sherbet has milk in it, sorbet does not). We make a vegan caramel and a vegan hot ganosh (hot fudge). We even have perfected vegan whipped cream and we stock almond milk. This means that we can make everything from a hot fudge sundae with whipped cream and a cherry (our cherries are died with radish and beet juice) to a milk shake. Don't forget to try one of the traditional vegan treats from the 40's like a freeze.

    For breakfast we offer a vegan hash and vegan pancakes as well as veggie grits.

  • Vegetarian.

    We have a lot of veggie options that contain milk and cheese from our cheese grits, to our omelets, pancakes and sandwiches.

  • Gluten free

    We offer some of the best gluten free pancakes around, we are still working on sandwich options, so watch for them.

    For ice cream, most of our ice cream is gluten free, with exceptions, that are mostly obvious, Raspberry cheesecake has cake in it. Cookies and cream has cookies.

  • Allergies

    We use shared equipment, but we are happy to follow your instructions to make sure everybody can enjoy themselves at Lofty Pursuits. Please make clear to the Jerks what you need, and we will be happy to track down the factory ingredients lists for our products, and let you make the best decision for you. 

    Most nut flavors are clearly marked, but some have traditional names, so please ask if you have a nut allergy.

    All of our hard candies are made on a table that might have trace amounts of nut oil on it, and we use coconut oil to grease the table when we work.

    We cook breakfast with Canola oil.
